These custom basketball Christmas ornaments are the perfect gift for your favorite basketball player this Christmas season. They make a great team gift to celebrate an amazing season or coach's gift to say thank you for all the hard work they put in to the team.
Ornament designs are approximately 3.4" x 3.25" and 5mm thick and designed with your custom text, optional #, and year. If year is not noted, 2025 will be used for the year. If # is not noted, one will not be included.
The default font for this design is the block font shown in the listing picture. Script font is also available upon request.
Skip wrapping gifts yourself this year and opt to have your ornament packaged in a kraft gift box, tied with string. Gift box can be plain or labeled with the receiver’s name (custom text from ornament unless otherwise noted).

First class shipping typically takes about week (depending on your location), but can be delayed during busy holiday seasons. International shipping is not available.

What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please check your items as soon as they arrive for accuracy and to ensure they were not damaged during shipping. If a piece breaks during shipping or your item does not match your order, please send me message with a a photo as soon as possible (within 7 days) and I will send replacements for the affected piece(s).
Can I cancel my order?
All items are custom made for you and personalized per your order. If you request a cancellation before I begin work on your order, I am happy to cancel your order for you. Once items are made, I am not able to cancel them.
Do you accept refunds and exchanges?
All items are custom made for you and personalized per your order. Since items cannot be reused for future orders based on these personalizations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
Can I request card text from another bracelet listing in my order?
Absolutely! Please put your text request in the personalization box for your bracelet order.
How do I adjust the size of my string charm bracelet?
To make your string bracelet bigger, pinch the strings outside the knots on the back of the bracelet and pull.
If you are having issues making your bracelet smaller, you may need an extra set of hands to assist you. Please watch this video for a visual demonstration on how to adjust your bracelet. Do not pull on the knotted ends of your bracelet because this may tighten the knots and make it harder for you to adjust your bracelet.

How do I apply my custom temporary tattoos?
Instructions for applying your temporary tattoos:
• Trim away excess tattoo material.
• Peel away the clear plastic layer exposing the adhesive.
• Apply the tattoo’s adhesive side to clean, dry skin and cover with a wet cloth for 10-15 seconds or until paper backing peels off easily (make sure the paper backing is completely saturated).
• Temporary tattoos generally last multiple days and can be removed with rubbing alcohol/alcohol wipes (recommended method) or soap and a washcloth.
Tattoos are printed in reverse with a “white overprint” to increase opacity, which means colors/image may look slightly different than when the tattoos are applied.

What size tattoos should I order?
Tattoos can be printed any size and the number of tattoos per sheet will depend on your custom image and size. For cheeks, I typically recommend a tattoos size about 48-ish tattoos per sheet (most commonly 1.2"x1.2", about the size of a half dollar, or 1.4"x1"). For hands, I typically recommend a tattoos size about 30-ish tattoos per sheet (most commonly 1.5"x1.5-1.6", about the size of a silver dollar, or 1.9"x1.2-1.4" tattoos per sheet). For arms, I typically recommend tattoos at least 2" wide. For reference, a quarter is about 1". Sheets of more than 50 tattoos per sheet will be uncut.
